Deliverable item may different depending on shipping country. Please note that we may limit quantity of purchase per customer of any item. 

PRICE

All customers will be responsible for paying any customs duties. Total amount of your purchase is not included customs duties and VAT. 

SHIPPING

We ship items internationally via DHL. 

SHIPPING COUNTRY

At this time, we are only accepting orders from residential addresses from countries where DHL delivers.

DHL does not deliver to certain remote areas or islands. Please note that orders from such areas could be rejected by DHL.Please note that we cannot allow changes to the shipping address after an order was placed. 

SHIPPING CONSIGNMENTS

Please note that each order which placed on this site will be shipped in a separate consignment. We cannot accept request for shipping and packaging together items purchased in separate orders.  

GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE

Please note that we do not offer gift wrapping services now. 

SHIPPING FEE

Shipping fee is calculated based on the weight and distance from our facility.Shipping fee vary depending on your country and weight of the purchases. Please check on the order page. 

DELIVERY TIME

Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing and verification.At the latest, delivery will be made with 14 days from the date the order was confirmed.Delivery also can be delayed due to adverse traffic condition or weather condition. And depending on the shipping region, delivery may take longer than usual.We do not offer Saturday and Sunday delivery. Please note that we only ship out Monday to Friday, with the exception of Japanese public holiday.

RETURN GOODS IN CASE OF FAILED DELIVERY

If you cannot receive your order by absent from home, or Fedex cannot deliver the order because of incorrect delivery information, please contact Fedex and arrange redelivery immediately.

If you are unable to receive your order, the item will be returned automatically to Japan and cancelled. Please note that the return shipping cost will be charged to you. 

ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING

Once orders are placed, we will send you an order confirmation mail.You can check your order from the Order History on my page.

Also when the orders are shipped out from our facility, we will send you a tracking number.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

The terms of sale is DDU "duties and taxes unpaid". The price shown does not include such items as VAT, import duty, tax and other unpredictable charges against middleman and agents. In case of these unexpected charges needed in the due course, these charges should be paid by the customers. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office or its agents.  

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

All sales are final. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation.

The request for return items will be accepted only if the items are unused and only if the customer contact within 7 days from time the freight received.

ACCEPTABLE CREDIT CARDS: Visa, MasterCard and American ExpressThere is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Provide such information such as card number, name of the purchaser, date of expiry, address, and phone number. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Billing date will be the date when the merchandise is shipped.
